With Nordhealth, I am a consultant leading and building the Data & AI team.

I am responsible for defining the strategic roadmap and executing the revamp of the company-wide reporting ecosystem, as well as the below:

  • Design of a modern, scalable data platform to support operational reporting, advanced analytics, and AI use cases

  • Leading the transition from legacy tools to a unified, governed, and automated reporting layer

  • Driving cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and business teams to ensure data is actionable and trustworthy

  • Shaping the long-term data & AI vision to support Nordhealth’s growth and innovation goals

Cinema Under The Rams (Kino pod Baranami) is a Polish arthouse cinema.

I helped them with:

  • Collecting and evaluating data such as revenue and audience details from the cinema’s internal system

  • Analyzing the data and preparing a thorough audience analysis to understand its behavior and performance of the business

  • Preparing a custom report using Plotly library along with a set of recommendations

With Toptal, I have been involved in different types of projects under three contracts. 

  • Senior Data Analyst: as part of that contract, I am responsible for:

    • Creating CI/CD checks for GitHub PRs

    • Writing DAGs in Cloud Composer that triggers Dataform projects, reads logs from Dataform API and sends alerts on Slack

    • Deployment of ML models as part of Dataform cycle in Google Cloud Platform

    • Serving as SME in two business areas and handles all data-related questions for these

    • Mentoring business analysts to help them improve the code quality 

  • Data Analyst: as part of that project, I:

    • Built 100+ tables in Dataform project along with assertions and data quality checks 

    • Massively optimized the queries and significantly cut building and querying costs

    • Designed, developed, and maintained data models for data transformation and analysis

    • Created custom alerting system for sensitive data usage (SQL + Python + Slack API)

    • Created and maintained data documentation, including data dictionaries and process flows

  • Tableau Report Developer: during that contract, I was responsible for developing a set of company-wide, standardized dashboards that massively improved company KPI tracking.
